Welded Armory Nets
Description of production:
Welded armory nets are formed by steel wires /bars/ placed in parallel /horizontal and transversal.
The wires of one side are horizontal and parallel between themselves and on the other side transversal and parallel as well.
Horizontal and transversal bars /wires/ cross on each other under right angle and they are welded by electric welder.
The sample and dimensions:
The framework armory net with general dimensions is shown in this pictur below, where:
![]() |
a (mm) - axis’ distance between horizontal bars |
The distance between horizontal and transversal bars must comply with these conditions:
t = 3a and a + t = 40 cm
Optional values of these sizes can be like in tab. scheme 1.
scheme 1
| a (mm) | 100 | 125 | 150 | 175 | 200 | 225 | 250 | 275 | 300 | |
| t (mm) | 50 | 100 | 150 | 200 | 250 | 300 | 350 | 400 | 450 | 500 |
Other constructive dimensions are approximately:
- the width of net b(mm) 1500 = B = 2150
- the length of the net L (mm) 3500 = L = 6000
- of horizontal bars x1, x2 (mm) x1 = x2 + t / 2 = 50
- of transversal bars y1, y2(mm) y1 = y2 = 25
The relation between denominated horizontal-transversal thickness of bars must comply the welded conditions which are in relation 1,5 = d / D = 0,51
Static framework nets
Static framework nets like holder/rafter/bars can have horizontal bars or horizontal and transversal bars when frame working in both direction.
They are produced in flat framework nets with the thickness of the bars 4,2-10(mm).
The types of the nets which differ the most are shown in the picture below.

Due to limited transport possibilities of framework nets, they are mainly produced as Standard framework nets
The standard framework nets are produced in nets B = 2.150 mm and length L = 5.000 and 6.000 mm. The mark of the framework, the thickness and distance between bars, the tolerance and characteristics are regulated with JUS UM1.091 standard.
