The Constructive Material - Types And Dimensions

Classical armory can be produced according to the desire of the consumer from the sorts of steel below:

glossy - smoothed concrete steel in ö 6 - 32 mm dimension, and
ribbed concrete steel in ö 8 - 32 mm dimension.

According to the complexity which is settled for every position on the bases of the number of twisting under same or different angles, the classical armory is set in three rows:

simple armory - which has maximum three twisting,
semi complexed armory - which has maximum five twisting in one position including arch armory without hooks the and,
complexed armory - which contains six or more twisting in one position including arch armory with hooks at the end and spiral armory.

The price of the classical armory is fixed according to the complexity. The most characteristic shapes showing the complexity are graphically shown in the picture below

Conditions and the way of delivering

Due to the lack of adequate standards, the classical armory is produced and delivered according to the written recommendation the contract with exact specifications.
With the specification You should deposit technical documents for recommended elements which should contain all the necessary annotation for the construction.
The classical armory is delivered tightened into each other in the position shown with the specification in every tie. There is the etiquette on which it is pointed out the position, dimensions and number of pieces.
The maximum length of the armory is limited under the regulation of public transport.

Observations

Our products under 4 and 5 are included and described in the section 1 and 2 of the production program.

wire mesh 26.000 tons/year
grate rafters 7.500 tons/year
classical armory 13.500 tons/year
ceiling “FERT” Rafters 1.000.000 m/year.
