METAL GRATE RAFTERS
Armory grate rafters are a sort of industrial armory production with all advantages given by using the mechanical way of producing. By its construction it is a spacious element, due to that it contains specific rigidness which is required in that process of mounting (assembling).
It contains two horizontal bars in lower area and one in upper area which are connected by welded diagonally (picture 1) they are produced from steel quality, cold rolled and dragged wire. They are produced by automatic machines, leveling, cutting, twisting and electric welding in all linking places and cutting in a desirable length

Material
Armory grate rafters are produced by cold rolled or dragged, glossy-smoothed or ribbed wire (ZHA 500 / 560) which has these minimum mechanical characteristics:
The tight fortitude Rm = 560 [Mpa]
The limit of dragging Rp 0.2 = 500 [Mpa]
Relative extension A11.3 = 6 %
